This planter was made on the potters wheel using a speckled stoneware clay. It was then decorated with underglaze and etched using the sgraffito method. The planter comes with a matching saucer that is glazed with a clear glaze. The planter is not glazed so as to allow the roots of the plant to dry out slightly faster than if it was glazed. There is large center drain hole to allow for drainage.
